  • Refunds are only available for IPTV Smarters subscriptions of 6 months or longer in duration.
  • Subscriptions shorter than 6 months are not eligible for any refund.
  • To request a refund, you must cancel your 6+ month subscription within 2 days of the original purchase date.

If your IPTV Smarters subscription meets the eligibility criteria above, you can request a refund of your purchase amount, less a 25% processing fee, within 2 days of the transaction.

  1. Cancel your eligible IPTV Smarters subscription within 2 days of purchase

  3. Support will review your request and process any approved refunds, less the 25% fee, within 3-5 business days

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. IPTV Smarters reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility terms outlined in this policy.
